Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We have a simple shipping model:

  • We charge a single shipping fee based on your location for orders under $75.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $75. All free shipping use standard shipping method / regular parcel post service.
  • Parcels typically dispatch within 2 business days after your order. This means our warehouses will process your order within 2 business days.
  • Total postage time is dependent on your location. If you are using Express shipping method, most parcels are received by the next business day, but we recommend allowing up to a total of 2-6 business days to receive your order if you are using standard shipping service or you are living in the remote area.
  • We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for privacy.

Refunds and Replacements

We will replace items with manufacturer faults immediately. You will need to return the faulty item or provide the short video of the faulty product, once we have confirmed it or tested it, we will refund or replace the item and even cover the shipping cost!

Before you return an item to us, please ensure you have inserted batteries or charged it for the required time to check that it is working. Some rechargeable devices require several hours of charging before first use. If this fails or there is an obvious manufacturing problem, we will provide a label for you to return the item to us and replace it for you.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used items or offer “change of mind” refunds.
