Shipping & Delivery Options
It is Adult Sex Store policy to ship your products quickly and efficiently as possible!
At this stage, we only deliver to addresses located in Australia.
All orders placed via adultsexstore.com.au are packaged discreetly in plain simple packaging. We use satchels or plain boxes from Australia Post which contain no logos, only our discreet parent company name for return address purposes (Collibet Pty Ltd). No information on the contents of your parcel are ever disclosed and we double wrap everything to ensure that no one can peek through!
We believe we offer the best shipping rates in the Adult Toy industry in Australia! We don’t offer instant shipping like some other stores, but we do know that consumers hate to pay a large shipping fee so all our items are posted Express Post for a tiny flat rate of $4.99! Orders over $200 ship for free.
We offer prices 10%-25% below RRP for our products because our low-cost distribution business model means you don’t pay for warehousing or excess inventory. We replenish stock daily and will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Because we order our stock to meet demand, we sometimes wait for 24-48 hours to receive your items, in order to package them and ship to you. Additionally your items may come from one or more suppliers, in which case we will wait until all items are in house before shipping to you.
Dispatch time: 1-4 business days*
Delivery time: 2-6 business days depending where you are. Most orders are received within 5 business days.
Here are some explanations that answer common questions about our delivery process:
- Dispatch time frame is the time it takes for us to receive, process and pack your order, and hand it to a courier. Don’t worry, your order is not ‘late’ or ‘missing’ if you haven’t received it within 3 days.
- After dispatch, delivery time depends entirely on Australia Post. Many postcodes will receive items overnight within the Express Post network. Regional and remote postcodes can take several days.
- We recommend that you review Australia Post’s information on shipping time frames at their website. Our shipping postcode is 3142.
- All timeframes are quoted in business (‘working’) days because postal services do not operate on weekends. Therefore we can’t receive or send goods.
- When you are estimating when you might receive your order, remember to add the weekend and any public holidays in!

Non-Receipt of Parcel
Please check your letter box for an attempted delivery card and/or inquire at your usual post office. The package will indicate only that it came from “Collibet Pty Ltd”.
Sometimes, items go missing in transit, or get ‘stuck’ in the system due to delivery address problems. We can provide you with your tracking number to contact Australia Post directly. They can often redirect or redeliver your parcel.
If after 21 days your package has still not arrived and is not traceable, and all your details remain the same, we will re-ship the goods to you.
If you entered a false name or delivery information, we will not be held responsible for non-delivery and will not replace or refund your order. Please trust that your package will be delivered discreetly!
Can I make special delivery requests?
Due to the nature of our products it is common for customers to send us very specific instructions about how they would like to receive their packages. These include things like:
- Please call/SMS on arrival
- Please only hand the package to me
- Please leave at Post Office, do not deliver to house
- Please leave in [specific location x] on my property
We unfortunately cannot influence Australia Post’s delivery processes, and cannot guarantee that specific instructions will be followed, however we will write your instructions on your package and hope that your postal delivery person complies!
The exception is that we will not write your phone number on the outside of a parcel with an instruction to SMS/Call you, as we are concerned about your privacy. We do use Australia Post’s automated SMS notification system, and you should receive text messages that tell you your item is due to be delivered.
Returns and Refunds
Before you request to return an item to us, please ensure you have inserted batteries if required to check that it is working.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used items or offer “change of mind” refunds, however we will replace any items that are genuinely faulty immediately.
It is important that you understand what circumstances entitle you to a refund. The ACCC offers some helpful advice HERE.
We cannot provide refunds if you simply change your mind before you receive your items, or if you think they’re taking too long to reach you.
Usually your order will already be in transit and we are unable to stop it en route or cancel it at this point.
However we do try to be helpful, so if you have a genuine reason for wanting to cancel your order please get in touch and we’ll help if we can.
- Why we do not accept returns for products that are un-damaged?
Most organisations can sell returned products, however due to the nature of our business and our inability to guarantee that a product hasn’t been used, we can’t accept returns for safety reasons.
We package our goods carefully with protective padding in tightly wrapped bags or boxes to ensure products reach you in top working condition.
*There are very occasionally delays in this dispatch window, however almost 100% of orders are still received within less than 7 working. As we do not offer shipping guarantees, we request that you plan for up to 7 working days for delivery (even though it’s often less). Please check with us if you need something urgently before ordering and we will always be able to tell you exactly how long it will take to within a 24 hour window.
