1. Can I view the current status of my order?

Yes! simply log into your account and we will update your order details here. We use Australia Post automated tracking, so you will receive SMS or email updates directly from Australia Post.

2. Do you accept returns?

Yes! We offer a no hassles return policy for items with manufacturer faults. Simply drop us an email with the details of the fault. Pictures help us process returns more quickly, so if it is possible to show the issue in a photo send us a pic along with your email. We won’t charge you for return shipping like many other retailers do (it’s not your fault the product isn’t working!). We will send you a return label and refund or replace the item. As soon as we receive the item, we will verify the fault and process your exchange or refund.

3. I need my order ASAP! Can you express ship?

Unfortunately not. We’re a growing business and not a huge retailer. Our business model relies on a turnaround time for picking and packing orders that is in the majority of cases 2-4 business days (but often faster). How long items then take to reach you depends on Australia Post. You can check whether your postcode is in the overnight zone or get an estimate of shipping times BY CLICKING HERE (enter 3116 as sender postcode). Our flat rate shipping is only $4.99, which is cheaper than standard shipping from most other stores. We use Express Post overnight satchels for all our orders, so most of our customers receive their orders as fast as they would using standard shipping from another store. We think that’s a pretty good deal!

4. Can I order by phone or mail?

We are always happy to answer questions via email, or call and leave us a voicemail and someone will get back to you! Unfortunately, however, the only way to place an order is via our website. is 100% online. this allows us to always offer the lowest prices to our customers by saving on overheads. Sometimes people are worried about what will appear on their credit card or bank statement, or are concerned about internet security. We use eWay, backed by NAB and PayPal as our payment processors. There are trusted by hundreds of thousands of Australians every single day to shop online. Our business name with both these facilities is ‘Vissie Pty Ltd’ and this is what will show up on your bank statement or credit card bill.

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes! we use Pay-Pal Australia and eWay credit card processing to process all payments. Paypal is a world leader in payment processing with millions of transactions on record. For extra security pay-pal offers buyer protection. Added insurance to any purchases you make online. eWay is partnered with NAB and uses the latest in web security and technology. At no point do we ever see your card details. Your transaction is 100% safe and secured.

6. What Credit Cards do you accept?

Pay-Pal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also pay via Bank transfer or Echeque.

7. What will show on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will have no indication any purchase was made from or reference any product you may purchase. Your statement will show our parent company, Vissie Pty Ltd or Vissie. This is to protect your privacy and security.

8. How will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We use satchels provided from Aus Post, which allows tracking information for all your products. All satchels are secured and can not be opened or seen inside.

9. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, As part of Australia Post service, we can deliver to any PO Box Australia Wide.

10. Will my privacy be respected?

Yes, all personal information is stored on our personal servers for order information only. Your email address may be used for newsletter purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not collect or store any banking or credit card information.

11. Are batteries included with your products?

If a manufacturer does not include batteries in products that require them, we will supply the correct size / number free of charge! We’ll also send you some lubricant to get started with so that your purchases can be used immediately.

12. Do you test the products featured on your site?

There are about 5000 products listed on our store at any one time. We don’t personally open and test each one. We provide descriptions and listing information that we receive from our suppliers and the manufacturers. We don’t make any guarantees about the function or sensations provided by products, and recommend that you read reviews and do research online to verify the manufacturer claims about the products advertised on our site. We do make every effort to provide as much factual information as we can which includes things like size, colour, materials, number of functions, types of function and purpose / uses of the sex toys, lubricants and accessories we provide.

13. What if I don’t like a product / it’s not what I expect?

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for this reason. You probably know that many large retailers won’t accept returns on things like pierced jewellery or underwear because these items come into contact with personal body parts. Our store is no different, our products nearly all fall into this category! We can’t put returned products back on the shelves like retailers of clothing or whitegoods can. To help guide you, we have provided lots of reviews of our top product ranges and products and do our best to add detailed product information to product pages. Many of our products are produced by manufacturers that have their own informative and descriptive websites, so if you’d like to do a little more research before buying we’re sure you’ll find lots of helpful information on the web.

14. Clothing Sizes & Lingerie Sizes- What if the clothes I ordered do not fit?

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on lingerie. The clothing and lingerie on our site is categorised into broad sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL). This lingerie is intended as erotic ‘dress up’ wear and is made of light, stretchy material that will generally accommodate a size up or down. Please see our lingerie size charts provided by the manufacturer for an approximate guide to sizing.
